Register & add details
Create a teacher account and fill in your profile: subject, experience, qualifications, and upload documents.
Admin review
The admin reviews your documents and approves the account. Additional documents may be requested if needed.
Competency assessment
You take an assessment of admin-authored questions, and your score is calculated automatically.
Level & grades set
Based on your score, your level and the grades you can teach are set (e.g. 9/15 = Good).
Appear to schools
After approval and assessment, you appear in schools' teacher search results.
Hiring
When a school selects you and the admin agrees, you're notified of your hire and recorded among the placed.
Register the school
Create your school account and enter its details and documents for approval.
Search & filter
Browse approved teachers and filter by subject, grade, level, and experience.
Send your request
Pick the right teacher and send an employment request — it goes straight to the platform admin.
Communicate via admin
The platform manages communication and negotiation between you for a clear agreement.
Complete the hire
On agreement, the admin notifies the teacher of the hire and hides them from the available pool.
Track your team
Your dashboard shows the teachers you've hired via the platform with their details.
How is a teacher's level determined?
The admin sets a group of questions per subject. After the teacher takes the assessment, their score is calculated and matched against pre-defined thresholds to set their level and the grades they can teach.
- 13–15 correct → ExcellentQualified for all grades including secondary
- 9–12 correct → Very goodQualified for upper basic grades
- 6–8 correct → GoodQualified for lower basic grades
- Below 6 → Re-assessmentRecommended to retake the assessment later
