2. Accounts & registration
Users commit to providing accurate data and valid documents. The admin reserves the right to review accounts and approve or reject them.
3. Teacher obligations
The teacher affirms the validity of their qualifications, commits to taking the competency assessment personally, and to updating their data when it changes.
4. School obligations
The school commits to using teachers' data for hiring purposes only, and to conducting communication through the platform's channels.
5. Role of mediation
The platform admin manages requests and communication between the parties neutrally, without being a party to the final employment contract.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform makes its best effort to verify, but does not guarantee hiring outcomes, nor bears responsibility for side agreements made outside the platform.
7. Termination
The admin may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
